"This place is NOT a place to buy jewelry. I bought a very nice gold necklace Dec 9th for a Christmas gift to myself. When the sweet lady put the 1st necklace around my neck, it fell off broken within 2 mins. We both thought if was just something weird. She brought out another one and I bought it. The necklace has broke THREE TIMES.I have asked for them to just return my money. Has not happened. I went in to talk to the jewelry manager. I explained that they have had it longer than I have. (It takes 3-4 weeks for repair)JC Penny apparently doesn't back their products. Not only am I stuck with a necklace that I am to afraid to wear, but I was made to feel like I was stupid...he accused me of wearing it incorrectly. JC Penny s has always been a great place... but I will never buy another thing from that jewelry counter!!!!! Deplorable!"

"I am from California and was VERY disappointed in variety and name brands of clothes this store had in stock. There were also fewer size selections of the clothes they had to choose from. I was basically told by the staff that what you see is what you get. When I asked if there was a better selection online, I was told to go online and check. I was a regular Penny's shopper, but not anymore. I gave away 2 $50 gift cards because I could not find what I wanted."

"Black Friday shopping at Valley West Penney’s was a great experience! There were several staff members restocking, straitening up merchandise and available for help. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it so much I went home and sang the praises to my husband He then decided he would go if it was that great, so we went a second time! LOL The check outs were all staffed and the lines moved quickly…I will definitely go again next year!"

"Stopped in on a long shot to find Euro pillow shams. Staff is friendly and helpful. Actually found some on clearance. that I think are going to work. Gavin went up and above on customer service when he ran after us to return my husbands phone he left on the counter. Appreciate good service!"
