"Sales staff: 5 stars Installation field crew: 5 stars Delivery scheduling services: if I could give a negative stars review, I would! Seriously the worst delivery coordination EVER, & at the absolutely worst possible time for us. We couldn’t be more disappointed or frustrated than we are tonight. If I’d have known how badly this delivery process would have been, we would've have gone elsewhere to buy our appliances. Late deliveries, wrong products sent, missing items, damaged items. And it’s all about THEIR convenience, despite what it means to a customer… when all of it was THEIR mistakes too! Advice to anyone considering: don’t ever let a tornado destroy your home, spend nearly 2 years dealing with insurance & finally able to rebuild & then try to get appliances from Warners into your home in time to pass inspection (& move in by a deadline because your insurance is cutting off living expenses). Despite having scheduled your delivery in plenty of time… it won’t happen in time, the delivery coordination will be about as botched as it could be, & with no consideration to even try to have your appliances in in time so you can finally move back home! Worst customer experience EVER!"
"We purchased a dishwasher yesterday. Mr Tripp was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Today, (next day delivery!) we were called by Deonte that they were 10 minutes away. The delivery was easy, installation was taken care of and we have our new dishwasher ready to go. The delivery staff was friendly and very helpful! We will be coming back to Warmers’ Stellian for any future appliance needs. I’m a happy customer!"

"Communication was great and they removed the old wash, installed the new washer and walked us through the new features in under a hour. It was impressive. Not that I hope we need to call them again for a new washer in the near future, but will be going back when the time comes."
