"Very poor customer service!!! Will never set foot in that store again!!! Do not stand behind their products Only interested in selling after that you are on your own if there are any issues. Bought a leather couch, it ripped under the cushions within 6 months. Would not fix it or replace. Also had to wait a year to get my fireplace installed!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY buying from the fireplace super store."
