"I’ve been going to this store for 3 years and have always had a good experience. The employees were always friendly and helpful. Today I brought a relative to see where I get so many of my home decor from and when we got to the register, I asked her if she can remove the tag for me because it was a gift. I’ve asked someone to do this for me before many times and have always had someone help me and they understood I didn’t want to ruin the wrapping. When I asked Heather, she told me she didn’t have time for that. I’ve worked in customer service for many many years and this is not an answer a customer wants to hear. Maybe Heather might be good at her job but she needs to be put somewhere she is not dealing with people because obviously customer service is not her greatest talent. There was no line behind me either so not sure what the rush was. Or maybe she was being racist.. no idea. Whatever it is, management needs to address this."
