"The staff at Kelly's Carpet and Furniture is very friendly and helpful. Just don't wait for them to call you; you'll have to follow up with them at every turn. The guy that came out to measure for the carpet didn't add correctly, so not enough carpet was ordered. We waited a good 2 weeks for the first batch of carpet to come in, which is when this was discovered. It took almost a week of me calling to find out what was going on before I found someone that told me the carpet had been ordered. Which also took about 2 weeks to arrive. A month after the final piece was installed, we still haven't seen the final invoice, warranty, or any other documentation for the carpet (other than the bill). I called today, left a message for my sales rep, and assume that something will show up in the mail in the next week or two. Kelly's Carpet & Furniture has some great stuff at great prices, and their staff is very helpful. Just be known you'll have to put a certain amount of effort of your own in to keep lines of communication open."
