"Usually I have great service in here but not sure what happened today. Went in to buy a bottle of vape juice and when I went to put it in my vape in the parking lot the whole bottle top came off and exploded more then half of the vape juice all over me and my car. Since I was still in the parking lot I went in to see if there was something they could do since this just happened to my sister in law and they replaced her bottle since it happened within seconds of her buying. I went in and asked and the guy behind the counter he basically laughed at me and said “yeah that’s happened to me so no there isn’t anything for me to do” I said “ are you serious? I just bought it?” And he said “you should make sure you check the top” Now I understand a policy is a policy but don’t hold your policy for one person and then break policy for another. Also maybe don’t be condescending and rude to customers who just spent 30 dollars on vape juice they can no longer use because it is completely gone before I could put it into my own vape. I won’t be back I’ll get my vape juice and stuff like that somewhere else from now on. Unacceptable customer service."

"I'm never happy with the customer service here. One girl was really mean about me not knowing the name of something and snapped at me. Honestly all of the staff seem annoyed at customers and I've never once been there where it didn't feel like the employees were surrounded by personal friends. I get that it's supposed to have a hang out feel but it's awkward to shop with people staring at you, waiting for you to leave so they can go back to what they were doing. I'd like to see a LOT more of a professional attitude because the prices, product and location are great."

"Amazing customer service, chill environment, including a pool table for customers to enjoy with or without purchase, hangout lounge, can purchase disposables, mods, large variety of e-liquids, vape juice and drinks, parking in the back of the shop with access to both the front and back of building! If you get a referral card from me you can get 10% off your first purchase! You can message me off of Facebook and get the referral card from me that way!"
