"This is the Best Caseys in the whole Cedar Rapids, Marion area. Great customer service! The Store Manager, as well as the employees, have been very friendly and helpful every time my husband and I have visited. And the pizza is always awesome at this location, it never disappoints!"
"I come to this Casey's fairly often, to buy pizza. Today's experience was similar to my normal experience; having to wait past the estimate time. This day, however, an older woman was working the kitchen. Black hair with gray peeking through. When I walked in, 5 minutes over the est time, she didn't even have the order in the oven. When I asked how long it would be she was really rude. Said she didn't even know when it was supposed to be ready and that I would just have to wait! They didn't have the chicken I ordered, either. This is completely unacceptable. I don't come to Casey's to feel like it's my fault I'm here for my pizza on time. On top of it all, when I came back, she had burnt the pizza! I had to cancel the order because I don't have the time to wait for a remake. She was apologetic when I canceled the order. I mean maybe they were having a bad day. But why would you hire someone that would project that onto customers. What a joke!"
"The older gal who runs the cash register on weekday mornings is legitimately the worst caseys employee I've ever met. Zero customer service, rude and short, wont take cash so she doesnt have to count, won't even offer a bag when you have multiple things. Very off-putting lady."
"My wife and I have been to this location several times and have always received the best customer service. Kat makes the best pizza and always takes great care of us! She always greets us with a big smile and leaves us with a big hug! You keep her, you'll keep us as customers."
"Pumps were very slow and did not even get my vehicle full because it was taking too long. I tried every angle and handle position, but nothing seemed to work. Otherwise it is a great location and will be back and hopefully it was only the pump I had picked."
