"While my hair is even and ok, I'm disappointed that 4 to 6 inches became closer to 10 inches. I told her my husband doesn't want short but 4 to 6 inches is ok. She took closer to 10 inches. I'm just sick! I don't see well without my glasses so I was pretty upset when I I was able to get a closer look in the mirror. I wasn't ofered a mirror to look at the back. I really felt tag teamed by my stylist and the other stylist because my stylist and the other person were chatting i think when they realized she had gotten my hair too short they distracted me to get me out of the salon."
"Heather was super friendly and sweet and at first I didnt see anything wrong. But as my hair dried my hair was way way way too red compared to what I picked out. It doesn't look anything like I wanted. It was supposed to be a violet burgundy. Its ORANGE. She also cut it way too short. She put her hand to the middle of my back and said "here?" I said yes. It's to my shoulders. Way way too short. Very disappointed and upset that I spent $130 and wasted 4 hours of my time."
"Ashley is an amazing stylist! She was able to make my hair look great without any direction from me and I appreciate that A LOT as I dont really know how I want it most times. I was in and out quickly even with the amount of work she did to my hair and she helped keep track of time for me to get my kids picked up. I Highly recommend Ashley and this location."
