"I could not have been more disappointed with the food or service we received the morning of 10/8/22. Everything ordered was cold—Nutella Banana Waffle, biscuits and gravy, over medium eggs, pancakes, and bacon all cold. We also found multiple hairs in our meals. The waitress was missing for most of the dining experience. After placing our order, we had to fill our coffee cups twice. I had to ask two other servers for the bill and send the assigned server to the table. In doing so it took 10 minutes for our server to come out with the check and another 5 minutes to return with our bill. With a “small employee discount” off because of the cold food. The hostess was the only bright spot; she sat us promptly and got our coffee and water upon arrival. The restaurant was not busy, seemed fully staffed, and other patrons had to go to the waitress area to fill their drinks/coffee too. Bad service all around. I would strongly urge those considering dining here to look elsewhere."

"I have great respect for the burgers here but their version of the Juicy Lucy does NOT compare to the original, found ONLY at Matt's bar in south Minneapolis. Soggy lettuce and an inferior bun betrayed a basically good burger. The cheese did ooze out the middle and I had no trouble devouring the whole thing. The star of the show? Tater tots!"
