"Nice Place, needs some work but this obviously takes time. These folks have what could be a Nice Bar, but also could be a Weekend Club as well. If they put in a sound system / DJ booth and dance floor area, " nothing fancy is needed," and there is room so why not take this place to it's full potential?? Wouldn't take a lot of money either, but you have a potential gold mine sitting there....."
