"The fries are soggy EVERY time. How is that even possible. They only do chicken tenders here but usually they are also pulled too quickly so even those can be disappointing. Super let down at this location, I'm gonna go back to occasionally having the one by Jordan Creek instead of this guaranteed disappointment."

"Don't need much explanation if you've ever eaten at a Raising Canes, been to many locations in several states in last 15 years. Never had one bad experience. Always hot, fresh and reasonably priced. And I do love the sweet tea!!!"

"2/13/24 I went to canes and ordered two meals, I paid with $100 bill. The staff stated my money was fake and instructed me to pay with a different tender which I did. The manger Sophie refused to give my money back and stated she needed to call the cops. I waited over 45 mins while they stole my money and her calling various individuals. I called my wife and she came up there. The cops were NOT called by staff. My wife called because they refused to give the $100 back. The cops did the necessary checks and told us our money was real. We even went to the bank the next day and they told us the money was real. Horrible customer service. I didn’t know restaurants were allowed to steal peoples money. It should’ve been returned when a new payment was given, even after I paid they held my food for another 25 mins. Everyone working that shift that night was incompetent. The money they used the pen on."

"Enjoyed trying one of the newest Cane's locations in the DSM area. The parking lot is very busy - and of course when we visited it had just finished snowing which didn't help (not the businesses fault, but be aware). Ordering was simple enough. I had a bit of a hard time hearing the cashier who took my order as the music was set to 11. Got my food within 5 minutes and everyone was friendly. Not my favorite chicken place, but definitely not the worst I've been to. Yes, I would definitely eat here again, and will probably try the drive through next time."
