"Even though my burger was wrong, I did take it back and Kayla helped me at the front counter, she was very polite, got me a fresh burger and fries without any hesitation and triple checked with her coworkers to make sure it was correct before handing it to me. Great customer service from her!"
"Do not come here. The workers & management are terrible. The drive thru was closed even though they had enough staff. I parked inside 2 yellow lines & when I went inside to order they said I needed to move my car because that’s where picnic tables go. It is 20 degrees outside & it is in the middle of the afternoon. If picnic tables go there, then why aren’t they there then? All I was doing was picking up my food & leaving & they caused a big scene telling me to move my car because of some non-existent picnic tables."
"Worst customer service ever! Never got asked if we wanted sauces and when we went to ask for some we were told we were only allowed our alloted amount (we didn't receive any) or they were going to start charging us. They lady who took our order was rude needs a lesson on how to treat customers and the other lady that brought us our food, pretty sure her name was Sophia, couldn't be bothered to help us either. Dropped our food off and when we tried to ask her something she just kept walking away. Will NEVER spend my money here again!"
"This Long John’s Silver has to be the worst one in the state. I don’t know if it’s a management issue but they never have enough staff, inconsistent hours, sometimes the drive through is open sometimes it’s not. If Kayla is the manager that’s not shocking. She has a nasty attitude. I wish I still had the owner’s number. I had to reach out to her about a year ago about poor service. It’s a hike but the south side location is way better."
"Food is always good and hot but the manager is a word you can’t say on a review. I have come here like 2 times in the last month and she is anything but customer service oriented or pleasant. I didn’t even ask to talk to the manager or have any issues. She just sticks her head where it doesn’t belong whenever the employees are doing their jobs."
