"We really wanted to like this place but are giving up. The first time we went was great. However, we have gone 3 times since and every time we received poor service, including 1 time where we did not receive any service at all (we chalked it up to them being too busy at the patio). The food is decent (especially wings) and they have a great rotating beer selection. Also the patio is awesome when someone is there to serve you! Your mileage may vary."
"A friend and I decided to go to a local bar. I’ve seen Blue Shark Ale House and always wanted to stop. We sat down at a table and waited for our server. Other customers were walking in and they were getting served right away. 15 minutes into waiting for a server I had to ask another server if we could get someone to our table. We got a kind server 6 minutes later and we ordered our food, drinks, and appetizers. The food came out fairly quick but the appetizer came out at the same time as our meals. I ordered the Mac & Cheese burger. Good tasting food. Not sure if I recommend Blue Shark Ale House but I’ll probably try it again to see if I have a better experience."
"If you’re looking for a place with a laid back, comfortable atmosphere, with great food this is the place for you! My server Lyndsi was very knowledgeable about the menu items, and the menu itself has lots of offerings for every taste. The watermelon mule was delicious and perfectly poured. The store manager even stopped by to check in on my dining experience."
"Came here for a date night and enjoyed it. Our server Tori was awesome and is rocking the dining room well. I got the blue shark burger and it was very good and my boyfriend got the nachos and enjoyed them as well. And you can’t forget the amazing onion ring’s appetizer on top of it! Thank you again Tori for being so awesome"
