"Staff are friendly and it was clean. I'm giving such a low score because I went specifically on a whim to get a fountain drink, and when I got home, the drink was DISGUSTING."

"This hurts me to do. I generally love Kum & Go. The &Rewards card is amazing so I will always choose Kum & Go every time just to build up my points. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. I stop at this location at least once a week to gas up and occasional mountain dew. Today I came in around 5pm to gas up and get washer fluid. The cashier Kristen didn't greet and was generally confrontational about any question or attempt at simple small talk through the transaction. Honestly made me feel unwelcome in the store and considering there weren't many people inside I'd be surprised if I was the only one to get that vibe. Guess I'll stick to the pumps only or drive down the street instead."

"Twice this week have come in at 600 am and 615 am and no food in case for breakfast. How do you expect to sell items you don't have available? You have good food, but not available when most are on the way to work. When I asked why, I was told new person. Get them some help. You have potential to do large business here but when you don't have products available people will stop coming."

"My husband went into get some breakfast sandwiches. He asked the lady behind the counter at the kitchen area if they did bagels. She was very rude to the point that my husband put down what he had and walked out. He want to the kum n go on university and the lady there was very kind and answered his question with a pleasant attitude. We will no longer shop at the Hickman road location as long as that women is behind the kitchen counter."
