"Served a double cheese burger with what may have been cleaning chemicals. When I contacted the Franchisee, they did not care, refusing to answer simple questions like: “what cleaning chemicals do you use”, and “when did you clean the food preparation area”. Pretty dishonest operator that won’t admit when they’ve harmed a customer or even help them understand what harm may have been done!"
"This location has made my order correctly, and the food does taste great. My complaint doesn't go for that, since the food is at least hot & ready. But rather why so long of a wait? I had initially got my order being served roughly 20 minutes or so from the time I've paid and chose what I wanted to eat. That was my biggest gripe with here."

"I always have a problem when I am at this location. The staff is very unfriendly, and half of the time does not get my order correct. This particular visit, not only did they not get my order correct, but they physically did not put a bun on the bottom of my sandwhich. I picked up the box and a massive pool of grease started SPILLING out, all over myself and all over my car. I went back in to ask to have my sandwhich remade and i was sent away. Horrible customer service and overall experience."
