"Always slow and not prioritizing the customer it was 10 at night probably 5 workers in there I ordered 2 Big Macs took 10 minutes to pay and wait for my food while other people stock items and sit on their phone instead of making my food… also keep in mind IM THE ONLY ON IN THE DRIVEWAY"
"We stood at the counter for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. We then tried to use the kiosk and it froze so then we had to order at the counter. After being there 40 minutes, we got our food. My chicken sandwich was SO HARD, I had to ask for a new one and they acted like I should still eat it. All the tables were dirty and there was only 1 other customer in the lobby. They were not busy AT ALL and the staff was no help. Many pops didn't work and the staff didn't understand why that was a problem. Very rude and very unclean. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!"
"Great location. We had excellent service and our order was correct even though they were very busy. At the time we were there the drink machine was out of order but the staff was very accommodating. It was a little awkward that a tense staff meeting was taking place in the center of the dining room at 1:45 pm on the Friday before New Years"
"Drive through always slow. And frequently extremely slow like 15-20m slow. Currently have 8 cars pulled forward and have blocked their own drive through. Have lost my order and asked for a receipt. Going over 20m this time."
