"My wife and I loved getting pizza and pasta from here and we were at first excited when they reopened. I can understand them being super busy for their first Friday, but don’t lie to your customers about what’s happening with their order. A 45 minute order took two hours and each time I called to check I received a different story about what happened with my order. When it finally arrived (after 2 hours) the calzone was very underdone and they forgot my drink. Be honest with your customers don’t tell them it’s ready or on the way when you know it’s not."
"We were so happy to hear Rosati’s had re-opened after months of waiting, and our usual ‘18” Rosati’s Monster’ Pizza we used to get is still fantastically made correctly! We do take a few toppings off and added extra cheese, double dough (in comments) and hot giardiniera. We ordered at 12:22PM and while it stated a half hour for pick up on the online order, we walked in around 1:13PM and it was just being boxed up, which was no issue. Quality of ingredients were fantastic. We appreciate a pizza more ‘well done’ baked over normal, which this was. Many thanks to the cook in the kitchen today who made this, it was everything we were hoping for today! Hands down, we will be back."
"We did an online order tonight 9/22/2023 and we were told a half hour. We get there and we were told, it is in the oven even though it already should have been ready. We waited an additional 40 minutes for our pizza and dough bites. They didn’t even offer a refund, discount or anything to compensate for the super late order and just kept telling us “it’s coming soon”. Then we get home, the deep dish is not up to par on how Rosati’s used to be before they closed. Not crispy at all. Very disappointing. Not a good start for just reopening the pizza place. Just know if you go, the wait will most likely be longer for your pizza then you expect it to be. I hope this helps people out with timing your orders and the quality of the pizza."
