"This is our 3rd time to eat at Cancun Grill and Catina. Great place and incredible weekly/daily specials. They have a generous lunch menu and the food all comes out hot and fresh. We ordered meals at about 2:00 pm, not a busy time during the week. Had their $2.99 Wednesday house margarita special and great meals. Highly recommend the tamales. We both ordered one as a side and it was good!! Their guacamole has got to be the best from anywhere local. They can get very busy but seem to handle the crowd well, we always feel well taken care of. Our meal with tip and drinks was less than $50.00, so a pretty good deal when you see your table top full of food."
"Cute little place. Loved the bathroom sink. Food was good, although the lunch taco salad was legit tiny. Generous portions on the chimichanga sides. Salsa not much spice, but shredded spicy chicken in the chimi made up for it! Menus, waters, food came out quick. Then we waited for an eternity for our bill. However the prices were great so..... Will go again if in that area of Des Moines."
"I came here for my birthday dinner with my best friends. The restaurant was very spacious. The portions were huge and such a good price!! The workers sang and gave me a tequila shot lol. I got tacos de carnitas with a nora skinny strawberry margarita and they were so good. I would definitely go again. (:"
