"I guess I should know better going to this location. So far, every time in the past couple of years visits, the order gets messed up. Maybe just bad luck."
"My son and I went in for lunch around 1330 and it was not very busy as we were 2 of 5 people in the place and I didn't see but only a couple of cars going through drive through but it literally took 20 minutes to get our food. My fries were not even hot and my McCrispy only had 1 pickle on it. The tables were dirty and had a few of the dine in numbers still sitting on empty tables. I'm all for giving places another chance if they are busy but I'll never return to this location."
"On the day I visited, the young man who took my order at the drive through had such a wonderful personality that I gave him a tip when he took my cash! He made my day. Perfect people-person. He is worth twice the normal fast-food pay. Anyone can have satisfied customers. But loyal customers is what you need. I would drive back to get McD's there even though my town also has one."
"I been to this location several times at night and the staff at night is horrible! Enough is enough after going there tonight! I got two apple pies that was not cooked at all!! The picture is below. I called the manager and he was lost for words. This location needs someone strong and serious about serving the public on night shift."
"Wow! Is this McDonald's? They totally remodeled inside and out. They've changed the ordering counter and added two kiosks for ordering, although only one is operational now. The kiosk ordering process is slow, but it's probably a car of getting used to it. They also have an app that has some pretty good deals, and you can pre-order. Customer service was a lot better today. Don't know if that is something new or because some big shots were there observing. Either way, it was still good. Seating looks pretty limited, but there is more seating down the side of the restaurant."
