"If zero was a option this service would get it. I came through the drive through to be answered with nothing but attitude and rushed off and not told the total, then when I got the iced coffee it tasted like it was burnt coffee and when I asked for a straw they stated rather rudly that it was in the bag. I will not be going here again. I used to work at one and this is not how they should treat their costumers. Would not recommend. There was no staw."

"The inside was clean. Our food came quickly and tasted pretty good. Baby girl had her first happy meal and loved it."

"Went in to get food for my sister's. Went into the bathroom, one was out of order, the other had someone else's business, one and two, and didn't/couldn't flush. So skipped the bathroom. Ordered their food and sat down to wait. While waiting. Someone else comes to the counter and complains of finding a bug in their sandwich. When the manager, (I'm assuming) came out asked if she wanted a new sandwich, or, a refund. I don't typically leave reviews and never before had much issue with this McDonald's but in this case the whole situation was disgusting. Wanted to people to have some warning of what they could be walking into."

"I live about 30 minutes away from Creston McDonald’s. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder before driving home. Got home, started eating it and it tasted gross, looked down and it was RAW!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. I’ve had an upset stomach all night long."

"Food was hot and fresh, service was quick and friendly.. originally posted in May 2022. I visited again November 2022 to find the prices had increased (2 McRib meal in medium size was $10.50ish) but, the food has decreased.The McRib was smaller than previously had been and the medium soft drink was now a smaller sized hard plastic cup. I prefer the plastic cup but, was disappointed by the amount of pop now given. Feb 2023-Originally, had given a higher rating but, after sitting at the very 1st window for over 15 minutes while people looked but, never checked on me. I had ordered and paid for 2 Large Carmel Frappes on the app! I ended up having to drive around and return through Drive Thru where again, nothing is said as I explained what happened.. It shouldn't take 30 minutes for 2 Large Frappes that were paid for in advance.. May 2023-This is my nearest McDonald's as we live in the country 35 miles away. We went through the drive thru just yesterday evening. I have added the pictures to show how my quarter pounder was over cooked, falling apart, and not even on the buns! My medium fry was no more than the small bundle fry! The medium cokes have gotten smaller too! I would have had more food by ordering 2 Mcdouble bundles as my daughter had and would have cost less! Each time I return the service and/or food has been worse. I don't visit often as the nearest one is 35 miles away."
