"Ordered the chocolate chip pancakes. They are really generous with what they give you - the pancakes were huge and to say you get three of them is amazing! Food was great as well as their hot chocolate. Will be back if I ever find myself in Creston again!"
"It was a late dinner for 6 of us. There was one table of people that were finishing up. Waitress came to the table and took our drink orders farely quickly. When she brought our drinks she asked if we were ready to order and we were not. It was about 20 minutes later when she finally came back to take our order, after the group that came in after us had ordered and received their meal, after walking by multiple times and chatting with her friends in the back. After we ordered it didn't take long for the food to come out. Food was pretty good. Waitress never asked if we needed refills while we were eating. Or cleared anything from the table. But when we were all done she asked if we wanted a refill. I hadn't said anything to her until this point. When I made it clear I was disappointed in her service as calmly as possible."
"Shannon was fantastic!! After going to this place over the summer & nobody waiting on us for over 15 minutes, or even any acknowledgment, we left. We decided to give it 1 more chance & Shannon was an excellent server, who greeted is will a friendly smile, in a timely fashion and kept us informed about our food. She apologized to us for our previous experience and made this experience excellent. The food was great. With food and service like tonight, we will be back when passing through. Thank you, Shannon."
"Food was okay, service was good. Atmosphere okay. Has Handicap parking. On 34 hiway. This building used to be a one of the hundreds of Happy Chef locations in the 1980s. Happy Chef only has one store remain."
"The French dip sandwich wasn't the greatest, but the food was fresh and the fries were hot. The service was good and the restaurant was clean. And the prices were affordable. My husband got the egg skillet and it was hot and fresh, but needed salt. We'd come back if we stop by Creston again."
