"If I could add stars for service I would. I went in for breakfast and provided the staff with my request and even though it didnt quite fit with an exact menu item they said they could accommodate me. The food was good, my order was delivered to my table promptly and my overall experience was great. Thanks Shey! The world needs more people like you."

"I would do 5 star's on the service but the lady at the registers was kinda rude I asked for onion rings instead of fries and she was like WE DON'T HAVE ANY ONION RINGS WE DON'T EVEN HAVE CURLY FRIES I was thinking you could have said that in a nicer way like I'm sorry we don't have any right now my boyfriend/ daughter and I all had the monster burger that's are favorite my daughter and I tried a chicken sandwich I want to say last month but we're like we will stick to our monster burger"

"Wanted something that was easy and not available in my own hometown. Settled for this place and it was a mistake. Only two people were in the restaurant. There was a girl working the window and people in the back. They had to yell for the cashier working the counter. When she was ready to take our order her appearance was disheveled and her overall hygiene was lacking. She was polite but during the entire process of ordering my food and her putting it together she was coughing uncontrollably all over the place without covering her mouth. It was an instant turn off for hungry guests. While I waited I observed the state of the the food prep surfaces and found them to be extremely filthy. My sandwich had a toasted bun but it was actually burnt. Not something you want to see when you spend $12 on a sandwich. Which sucks cause I normally enjoy the food from Hardee's. Just not at this location. Save your money. Eat elsewhere."

"Horrible drive thru service waited for my food for about 10 mins the drive thur old lady parked me When I got my food everything was cold The sandwiches had no special sauce and no mayo the bread was hard as a rock Everything was nasty I would of retuned it all but live about 15 mins away Very disappointed with todays order And rude employees waist of time waist of gas and now I have too make my self something to eat since I’m throwing all this food to the trash Cooks need more training and cashiers need to be more respectful"

"Was hoping this Hardee's would have fresh fries, the search continues for a Hardee's the will give you fresh fries in the drive thru. Cold soggy zero crunch at all and over the noon hour? Hate to one and done a place but cold food over the lunch hour is incredible. Would have returned the entire order if I didn't have to get back to work."
