"A rare few true full service pharmaceutical provider that offers med customization. The pharmacist (Liz) was amazing and very professional yet friendly and courteous. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched. The store was very clean and offer a variety of items (health care, beauty supplies, and gifts). The only thing keeping this from a 5 star raring was the price. We picked up a few oz of medication for our dog and it was $43..ouch. however, I am still recommending this pharmacy."

"So tired of this being the only place in central Iowa that can fill my compounded meds. I call in my meds on their automated system, it has valid refills, tells me they will be ready after 10am the next day. I get off work early and drive all the way there to them having no record of my refill request. At $5/gallon gas, it’s quite the expensive wasted trip. Offering to have it ready the next day, and making a customer make a second 30 min trip is not acceptable. And the fact that I cannot make it back all week and have 1 dose left really is a HUGE DISSERVICE to patients who rely on their medications to maintain their health."

"This pharmacy I've gone too forever because they mail the medication to you and in a timely manner. The employees are always so friendly and pharmacist is knowledgeable. The place is a little out there but if you have the medication mailed that's usually not a problem."

"Liz, in particular, is AMAZING. All of the staff have been pleasant to work with, but Liz has gone FAR beyond what any of the people at umpteen pharmacies throughout Central Iowa have done for me. I was desperate to stay on a generic that went into worldwide shortage, and had been tracking down 10 pills here and there, as pharmacies ran out. Liz found out Nucara had the last stash of it, and I got another 6 months to work with, and now Liz is helping me figure out my options now that the drug seems to have fallen out of production, permanently. Do you know how many other people just said 'sorry, can't help you?' But NOT LIZ, nope, she takes pride in a job well-done, and it shows!"
