"DO NOT USE!!!! Chris is a liar and a thief!! He plumbed the pool wrong, the diving board was not bolted down correctly and came off when my son jumped on it (thank goodness he was okay)! Not enough space to list all the problems and how he lied etc.!"

"Several years ago I wrote that this company was a lifesaver, and it was. But the true colors have come out. Because of how the initial liner was installed a replacement was offered and was to be done last summer. With mutual agreement it was decided to wait until the end of pool season. At the end of August I was told the liner they had for several months was defective. We played the back and forth game clear to December at which time he sent me a letter outlining all he would do at the end of April/first of May of this year in order to have the pool up and running before swim season. Since the end of April I have followed up with him about every other day and keep getting excuses. It is to the point now he is not answering texts or phone calls and he hasn’t set up a mailbox to receive messages. If I could give negative stars I would. My next step is filing a small claims which is worth the filing fee just to hold this company accountable."
"We paid half of the amount for our pool installation by DYVE Pools. The finally showed up to work a month and a half late, dug part of a hole, left their equipment sitting in our yard for months, and never returned. He refused to refund our money and has yet to deliver whatever material he claims to have purchased for our pool. He takes people’s money and bails."
"A group of customers throughout central Iowa have all reported this business for various expensive issues to the BBB and we’ve all reported him to the Iowa Attorney General."
