"Great park with both a school age playground and a PK playground. It also has standard swings and baby swings. The picnic tables are well shaded. This park also has the last portion of the walking story that starts at the West Des Moines Public Library. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are closed for the winter."
"Really nice park for all ages. Also, a great area for toddlers and an open field for a picnic or letting the dogs run around."
"First time visiting this park, and it's really nice! The ground is small woodchips, so maybe younger babies watch out for that. The only complaint I would have is the lack of trees or shade near the playground. There is a picnic table area that's shaded and there is a bathroom/water fountain. Those 2 things are big pluses for me!"
"Two playgrounds, one for older and one for younger children. Shelter with bathrooms and water fountain. Walking path. The photos of the girl by a water fountain (also found on Google Maps / reviews) is NOT at this park and is the reason we came here but is not present."
