"Always good food and relatively quick service with friendly staff. You simply don't know exactly what side you'll get when you get home with your carry-out bag. Example: ordering baguettes might turn out to be chips or vice versa. Expect the unexpected when getting home and opening the bag."
"Two days in a row i ordered a TUNA sandwich and BOTH times i get a turkey sandwich First time mistakes happen i understand got a refund, Great but i still really wanted to TUNA sandwich so im like cool i get it today been craving it surly it couldnt happen again...... AGAIN Turkey sandwich!!! so i called them again for sandwich and refund and she says i have to come get it (mind you i delivered because im not able to leave work) but she wont refund me OR she just will refund me and no sandwich once again. She said the guy just read it wrong. TWO DAYS HE READ TURKEY and not TUNA SALAD they arent even close to the same. Like how can i not just have the sandwich ive ordered. all i want is a tuna sandwich people lmao im gonna have a mental break down dreaming of a tuna sandwich i will never receive.....#sendhelp lmao"
"Would have loved to enjoy the breakfast food but showed up 2 minutes late. One would think they’d make an exception for regular customer but one would be expecting too much. Will never return to this location."
"The usual good paneras food. Service is okay but you may need to remind staff of items ordered. The sip club was nice until they made you order lemonades so what took two minutes now takes ten."
"Traveling through Iowa and saw the sign for Panera Bread off of I 80 (of course it didn't indicate which way too go -we choose the wrong way to turn). Ordered a ham/Gouda baguette and it was served as one giant sandwich...hard to eat a sandwich like that driving. Hint offer to cut the sandwich up. Asked for 2 sweeteners for my ice tea and instead of giving me 2 sweetener packets they added raw sugar to the tea...again hint, that sugar doesn't melt in a cold beverage. Just disappointed with experience."
