"Well I’ve been going to Riverside Casino for some time now, but I think it’s time to say adios. They say go to Riverside to loose your money and go to Meskwaki to win it back. I’m an Elite Blue card holder so I know a little bit of what I’m talking about. I like the place, but just don’t expect to win anything there. Their machines are tighter than Scrooge on Christmas. My last straw was today when I had a machine that has the three coin bowls. The bowls were showing completely full and ready to go and from that point I plugged in $ 750 and it never did anything. I even called the attendant over and told home something was wrong with the machine, he said they are programmed that way. So now I’m programming my wallet to avoid the place. I don’t think even 4 leaf clovers will help at this place. Good luck you’ll need it!"
"Great Casino and Golf Resort, probably the best one in Iowa. Great poker, good table games (I don't play slots) and hotel rooms are top notch. Some of the rooms could use a carpet update and a microwave should be standard but otherwise good especially for the price. Golf is one of the hardest/best experiences in the state of Iowa, if you are a decent player you need to play this course. Overall one of my favorite places in the area (I live in North Liberty)."
"We always stay here when I have an appointment at the VA in Iowa City or if we just want an adventure to the casino. The staff is always very friendly, and the rooms are amazing! Ruthies has the best food. We also have enjoyed Robert's Buffet with so many food items to choose from. I am a casino enthusiast and sometimes I even have good luck there!"
"Rooms are awesome, would've liked a microwave! But beautiful relaxing colors made it warm and welcoming. The desk attendants are alright, not very helpful with rewards points , rooms, etc.perhaps we needed a different person. The ice cream is the best."
"Was here for a company party. The facilities are great. Room large and clean. Fun gift and clothing shop. The casino was fun. They had a great band playing Saturday night. Their food was very good. The amazing part is that they served all 180 people at the same time, and everyone's meal was hot. Major kudos to the servers and the rest of the staff. Will definitely return."
