"Jersey Mikes has a great product, have frequented it via pick up and delivery. Last night we had delivery and we were missing a sandwich. Called them, yep, we have it right here! Management only provided one option, reorder, pay and tip for delivery #2, wait 3-5 days for refund on missing sandwich. Obvious that it was not delivery issue, repeat customer, zero concessions total burden placed on customer. Zero customer service skills! I hate that customer service has taken such a back seat."

"This was a pretty good place to grab a sandwich. The food was good but it did take quite awhile after I ordered it before I finally received my order. I got a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich which tasted good & they didn't skimp on anything. As far as quick order sandwich chains go I have to say this was one of the better ones I've tried."
"I won’t be going back or recommending this location to anyone. To the contrary. They’re expensive, I know, but if I’m paying over $50 for three sandwiches, I expect better service. We stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for our order. There was one other family of three that came in behind us and left before us. Otherwise the store was empty so it wasn’t like they were slammed. Hey Jersey Mikes, do better!"
