"Service was extremely slow on Sunday. We were in line 20 mins and our overall visit was 1 hour and 15 mins. Food was good. Employees were doing their best with what they had, but seems like poor management."
"Really hit or miss, if it's fresh, it's good, but it's rarely fresh. Nuggets were hard and pasty like they were may the prior day and the fries tasted disgusting, like the oil was burnt or rancid....maybe both? I'll stick to burger king..."
"This review is specifically and only for the crew working at 5pm on February 7th. I’m pretty sure there was only 1 person. I opted to leave to give them 1 less customer to deal with but I wanted to point out publicly how kind the employee who answered drive thru was and how patient they remained despite the situation. I’ve worked in enough fast food (and I’m currently a chef locally) to know how stressful this job is. Will be stopping by tomorrow hoping to catch a manager and drop off a gift card/s for the employees who were doing their best tonight."
"I went to Wendy's about a week and a 1/2 ago. And they rung in the wrong order for me. Overcharged to me. then they asked my for my card so that they could refund me the extra money that they had charged me and ended up. Charging me twice 2 different amounts instead of giving me a refund. I used to love this place but they clearly don't have their stuff together and I know I'm out money that I didn't. Get anything for...."
