"I had a mix up with one of my sandwiches because I speak too fast sometimes and they were all nice enough to be able to get me a replacement sandwich and a free drink for my troubles I believe the man who made my new sandwiches name was Raiden he was very nice and the woman who got me the free drink was Brooke. They were both very nice and accommodating I really appreciate it."
"A trash bag has better service. I order online yet still have to wait in line for a service I purposely tried to avoid. There’s no Covid I can walk into subway I should be able to do the same for my carry out order."
"I love Jimmy John's, but this location can't seem to get delivery orders right. We're almost always missing at least one item we've paid for (usually chips or pickle, occasionally a whole sandwich)."
