"The food was good but there werent many selections. I and my partner was overall satisfied with what we did get. WE however left a little irritated. It's seems that they automatically require a 15% tip. I'm not a cheap skate but a tip is suppost to be that..extra given based on the service you received. It is not a required fee unless otherwise posted. Now I've heard of this with large groups but not with a.party of 2. If they require they need to.post it accordingly and advise there is a fee. Maybe I'm old school but what happens if I had bad service? I would still would be required to tip 15%? That's not a tip It's an extra charge regardless of the service received. We didn't say anything and paid the required fee because we received decent service from our server but really? Applebee's needs to post on the building and the customer menu their requirement."
"Bree was an amazing server for us, she always made sure we had everything we needed. She remembered my ranch cup and always made sure our drinks were full! She was very polite, and had amazing customer service. Everyone will enjoy Bree as their server!"
"Server was nice and speedy. Although we saw a mouse the size of a queso bowl, could’ve been a rat, it ran right by us and into a server stand. We told our server, they took care of our bill, we didn’t even end up eating our food just left. The GM even talked to us and said “they are running in the front door with the customers” when you can hear our server talk about the traps they already have set. Would not recommend this location."
"I went today the waitress was 10/10 all the food was good except the fried food like the chicken from the pasta they really need to change the oil cause it makes the food bitter. Also they fry the breadsticks"
"Our group of 3 decided to eat here for dinner. The parking lot was somewhat full, so maybe an indicator it could be busy. The hostess took our name, and we waited to be seated (about 20 - 30 minutes). Our wait time might have been a little longer than normal, and it appeared they may have been short staffed since there were a number of empty tables and booths, but a lobby full of guest waiting to be seated. Once seated, we were quickly served, and the waiter was polite and gave us time to make decisions about our meal. Once we ordered it didn't take long to get our meals. There were no complaints about the freshness or quality of the food. Overall, this was a good dining experience."
