"Honestly the gentleman with the long black hair shouldn’t be in customer service or handling food. Between his passive aggressive comments and mania when he isn’t even busy. Maybe the industry isn’t for him. On top of a black hair on my daughter’s nachos after the fact."
"It was a Friday. The business was super busy right around 7 ish. A bunch of people in line waiting to order. A line of people out the door waiting for their online orders. Two lines total. And there was only four people working there butts off trying to get everyone taking care of. If u go. Go on days that they aren't busy and not on Friday nights at all. Cause people that order online get mad as heck. When they have to wait for their food to even be made!! Instead of coming in and standing in line and ordering their food."
"I love Qdoba, but this one was not good. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in plastic, the rest of the food was rather flavorless and was dried out like it had been sitting out for a long time (cilantro, lettuce, queso). They were completely out of forks and no paper towels in the restroom."
"Corn taco shells were stale. The veggies were out & and the staff had no interest in preparing more. The pinto beans on the line looked crusty. Staff seemed apathetic. Music was too loud. This was my first time at a QDoba, so maybe this is normal? Not likely to revisit any QDoba based on this experience."
"Very helpful and courteous staff! The food was fresh and the chips are way better than fries. Great portion size and a fantastic variety of drinks. We left satisfied and happy with our experience."
