"Ordered online in the app for in-store pickup. All the doors were locked and drive through line was long. Waited more than 30 minutes to get my food. Tried calling. No one would answer the phone. Refuse to go here ever again"
"Want to tick off a diabetic? Ask her to wait in line for close to half an hour and watch 5 orders come out, THEN, watch the manager come out and throw you order slip in the trash. I stopped her and she didn't even apologize or offer any comp. Just a statement, Oh, it has been sitting so long it cleared the screen. Then hands the ticket to the server and walks off. EVERYTHING was cold when I got home and I only live 10m blocks away. Very dissatisfied!!!"
"Door dasher was amazing but Wendy's was not. My son's root beer had so much ice in it it was pretty much watered down. I ordered a salad didn't get the cheese on it or the right dressing. Baked potato was half cooked and didn't get the sour cream as ordered."
"Went to Wendy’s on Broadway for dinner. We just went through the drive thru. Just to come home and see a pretty rotten taco salad with mold growing on the tomatoes. When I called, I got nothing but attitude from the manager."
"Straight trash. From the service, to the food. We waited forever to get rock hard “burger patty’s” on a bun. Rock hard chicken nuggets. My chilli was cold. The food was so bad my dog wouldn’t even eat it. I will never eat at this restaurant ever again. Especially because it’s every single time I visit this location."
