"Culligan servicemen always go above and beyond in explaining set-ups and potential problems. We had a basement drain that wouldn’t be able to handle the output from the water softener (and much less a basement flood), and our serviceman helped us get that taken care of. We recently thought our water softener was leaking, and it ended up being unrelated, but our serviceman took care of it while he was there so we didn’t need to contact a plumber! Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant and professional and I would absolutely recommend Culligan of Le Mars to anyone."
