"I have never necessarily minded this location. The food is out in a timely manner 75% of the time (unless you’re a dasher, then it takes forever), the food is always hot, and they don’t usually forget items in the order (they do rectify it if you let them know they forgot something though). Their customer service is almost always bad. It takes a while for you to get someone to take your order if you go inside and don’t use the kiosks. They are rarely polite when you go through the drive through also. Most of the time, when I’m handed my food I don’t get any pleasantries whatsoever and hardly ever even get a word out of them. However, what prompted me to leave this review was an experience I had last week. I had just left the house and had a large mascara smudge under my eye (I didn’t know this until after I left the restaurant). When I pulled up to the second window the woman handing me my drinks laughed in my face. I was obviously confused and a little hurt, so I checked the mirror and noticed the smudge. I’m not sure in what world it’s appropriate to laugh in a customers face ever, especially over something so small. The manager and then one other young man are the only employees I ever receive pleasantries from, so thank you to you both."
