"The staff was very good and our orders were correct even with it being busy .... The only issue I seen was with the restroom. It was not clean at all. The toilet look like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple weeks. The seat was messy. There was no soap to wash my hands. The rest of the restaurant was nice and clean."

"I have ordered online for pick up multiple times spanning several months if not years since they rolled out the online order option. This is the only establishment to date that cannot read an online order and make an online order accurately. There is no survey option there is no way to get your order rectified. Considering how much they charge for their sandwiches now it's like $12 for a footlong. I would expect the employees to be able to read the online order submitted and make the sandwich as described on the online order just like Jimmy John's and Casey's does. If you have the time go inside and order your sandwich and wash them make it so you get what you ordered."

"I called 2 days prior to my daughter's birthday party to get a party sub. The employee gave me all the wrong information including the price, how many people it would feed, and how much of a notice they needed. He told me I had to call the day before. I called Friday at 2:20 to get the sandwich on Saturday at 1. It was very obvious the assistant manager didn't want to do because I hadn't called exactly 24 hours before hand (I was never told to and I specifically asked the night prior). She didn't seem like she really cared about my situation and I was really upset at how unsympathetic she was to the fact that I now had to add another thing to my list to do because she didn't train her employees correctly and give them the right information. I will never spend any money in this store again."
