"Let me start off by saying their new closing time of 7pm is a bad decision. But aside from that I have been to this establishment for the past couple of weeks and they have yet to get my order right. I have never once received the right food from here but also never the amount that I paid for. The workers look unprofessional and are very rude. I will not be going back again"

"on your window you had “open till 7, lobby closed”. it’s 6:15… and your closed now?… had someone right in front of me ordering, as soon as i get to the speaker, no one answers. pull up to the window and waited till someone came and said “we’re closed”. this isn’t the first time this has happened and probably won’t be the last. step up your game taco bell."
"Worst taco bell! Had to order at the window because they couldn't hear me at the speaker. Pull up to the window and had to repeat myself 3 times before they could understand what i was ordering "#7 with a soft shell taco and baja blast plus a crunchwrap Supreme". 30 seconds after ordering my food was done. He handed me the food and almost forgot my drink until i reminded him. Opened my food to find pretty much just taco shells! Looked like they used a tea spoon to add anything to the food."
