"My girlfriend had a dead battery that wouldn't jump. We couldn't even get it out of the garage. She was looking at signing up for AAA to get the car towed then a dealership for the battery replacement. I guess that's what people do in cities, but it seemed unnecessarily complicated to me. I called Elite Auto Worx and talked to Mark. He was willing to come to us, install the new battery, and was done in -- no joke -- less than an hour from when I called.
