"Employees lack knowledge and do not communicate with each other. Whatever you do, do not get any kind of extended service agreement because it is a total scam and they won't fix a thing. A lack of transparency on their billing is very sleazy as well. I wouldn't recommend them or any other business associated it McGrath. They can't even wash a car without scratching the car or bending the license plate! What a joke of a company!"
