"Customer service as a priority seems to be coming back into style again, and it’s being spearheaded by businesses like this one. They took an extremely difficult situation with my car and used it as an opportunity to show what excellent service is. My car had an issue that was not an easy fix. In fact, it took the entire afternoon to resolve. But in a near Hollywood style finish they managed to get it resolved in the last minutes of the day and I was able to drive myself home. The manager even called me the next day to make sure I made it home. Great bunch of guys. Thank you, Brakes Plus."
