"Chris was great! He took out my old battery and installed a new battery in about 20 minutes. This was outside in freezing temps and the battery was under the passenger seat. Price was fair and service fantastic! Highly recommend!"

"Bought a car battery in April of 2022 now just over a year later can't start the car without jumper cables. Took the battery in for warranty and the manager said it tests better than a new one off the shelf. Tells me my starter must be going bad. Take it to my mechanic and he tested the battery one two testers and says it has some charge but not enough to start the car and the starter is fine. Go back to Interstate battery and they say there is nothing they can do. Bought a new battery at another store everything works great a week later. Never buy from these people they lie and will not honor their warranty. They stated as long as it tests 12volts it is fine. Didn't matter if you need to jump your car for it to start. They called a regional manager at another store and he could care less that it wouldn't hold enough charge to actually start a car."
