"We took our vehicle in for a free tire rotation since all 4 tires were bought there a while ago. While there, they checked the brake pads and rotors and noticed the rears were well past their life. Not only did they do a good just replacing them that same evening, but they also gave me the old parts as requested to see how worn they really were. We've gone there for years and have always been happy with the level of service and quality of work. We will continue using them in the future!"
"I had an amazing experience at this location! My car battery died in their parking lot but they were booked and couldn’t change it till tomorrow. Unfortunately, i had no way home and they offered to take me home! A lot of places wouldn’t do this but they made sure to go above and beyond. I had my battery changed the next day & everything is working fine. Planning to get my tires changed here soon☺️"
"My husband and I were on the interstate Christmas Eve around 5:00 PM. Our tire pressure light came on our car. We pulled off the interstate to fill the tire up with air and that did not work. We went next-door to Tires Plus. They had already locked up the door and getting ready to leave for the day. They were so kind to open the door and help us out. I was so upset. Suzanne, the clerk at the desk, was very caring and sweet. She settled my nerves and the mechanic, Michael, took care of our tire. I can’t imagine what would have happened if we were on our way home, in the dark & later at night. Thank you for being so kind to us, Suzanne & Michael, especially on Christmas Eve when you had somewhere else to be. Your service was above and beyond. We will be back!"
