"Got an oil change got home oil all over the bottom of the engine and frame with oil also dripping all over my floor. Tried calling tried reaching the dealership to no answer. Finally had to just show up to get anyone to help. Photo was with in five min of sitting. Techs don’t care and the dealership leadership doesn’t care"
"Everytime we take my wife’s car in to get fixed it comes back worse, we had the radio replaced in our jeep and they put a fiat radio/ touchscreen in and now we can’t use the heated seats/ steering wheel which were main reasons we bought the car but and the backup camera doesn’t work, and trying to get a hold of anyone to take care of it or ask any questions is like pulling teeth, safe to say I will never buy a vehicle from Dewey dodge or Dewey ford again"
"They have had my 2012 Ram for over 6 months on warranty work replacing the engine. I’m no mechanic but 6 months seems a bit long for that and they don’t even have it done YET. Rarely get any communication from them and I usually have to call several times to get a response. Should have taken it to DMACC as their students could do it much faster."
"Absolutely awful service! They are dishonest and do not do the work they say they do! I will never do business there again! I have left messages for the general manager to call me but he hasn't yet and I honestly don't think he will! They had my van for 2 weeks and didn't do anything with it!! It took me a month to get the appt scheduled and then they had it for 2 weeks and I still have a van with starting issues!"
"Thankful for my extended warranty covering the repairs for the squeeling noise from my engine bay. It took 5 visits to get it properly diagnosed and repaired (fingers crossed, it's been almost a week without noises, but I have a new alternator, belt, tensioner and water pump...). Major kudos to Service Advisor Stacey for her great communication and willingness to help ensure the problem was resolved."
