"I really wanna give a shout out to the store manager Season Ford! I stopped at one of the other O’Reilly stores and didn’t get a lot of help but when I went to the Urbandale store and Season greeted me. This lady went way above and beyond what I would expect anyone to do not alone a manager. I was having trouble with my trailer lights on my FJ and literally this lady got underneath my vehicle cut the wires splice new wires, hooked it up and got me on the road. She was friendly she was courteous she was kind she was awesome! I am still blown away what this manager would do to help a customer is dire need ! I am a lifelong customer of the store and of Season as long as she is there. Again thank you!"
