"I am rating Advanced/Carquest as a "Whole". Any time I need a part for my common car, or so I thought, Advanced seems to be the only parts store of 4 in DSM that carries exact OEM parts for my car. I've been to a few locations but each one was great, this one included. Greeted quickly, grabbed my part, got my receipt and out the door I went. Only store in town who had it in stock, thank goodness! Friendly and fast service for me! Can't complain."

"While at a neighboring business a piece of my child’s wheelchair came loose which make it unsafe to travel in. I went to this Carquest location pushing the wheelchair, one employee open the door and I explained to another that I needed an allen wrench to to tighten. This was right at closing time but the staff sprung into action and helped me get the issue resolve without hesitation. Greatly appreciate their help and I will become a regular customer of this location!"
