"I applaud whoever at the Toyota place in Grimes suggested to me ( I’m clueless about cars btw that )I could perhaps buy my two filters for my car at a place like O’Reillys ( about a mile away ) in Grimes so that’s what I did recently. What I love about grimes is that a big part of it is so new. This store is very new. The guys were nice and laid back and helped me get what I needed. However I had no idea how to install the filters but luckily had help from someone who did. Thx."

"My windshield wiper arm bar was very loose on one side. Guy at counter at grimes location wouldn’t even walk out to my car to see if something was just loose or if I needed to go to dealership. Will NEVER go to that store for anything, just a waste of time. BTW, bolt was just loose & dealer fixed it for free within 5 mins!"
