"The "upsell" is ridiculous. I could have easily come out of the store spending well over $300 for an oil change visit. Being walked through digital sales presentation under the guise of routine maintenance really left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Frankly, it creates a strong sense of distrust and the feeling that I have to keep my guard up every time I walk through your door. Won't be back again, next time I'll just wait for an open appointment at my local shop. This was a major reminder that they are worth the wait!"
