"Had to get an estimate for a rock chip. Service was great and very helpful. I had to do a walk-in and they were able to get me in for a quote two days later. Two days later came in after work, they did their inspection and I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Once I got the approval from Tesla both companies worked together to get my Tesla to and from Tesla’s maintenance center."

"Simply put, don't go here if you are paying out of pocket. They charge higher rates than if you were to turn it into insurance. In addition, their estimate went up by 40% after I dropped off the car. The time it took to repair took days longer than they estimated, which caused a longer rental car rental. My repair was super simple. Disappointed to say the least. I had 3 other bids, and they were the lowest bid. After I dropped it off, it was then the highest bid. Classic bait and switch. I would avoid Graham if I were you and look elsewhere for an honest, trustworthy body shop, especially if you are paying out of your own pocket."
