"Overall it's a pretty good dealership. I've been coming here for awhile now and haven't had any issues. Biggest complaint was while buying my truck the fiance lady kept pushing their warranty on me, after 5 times of saying no, I almost walked out in the deal, but she finally understood I didn't want it."

"The customer service person who I will say assisted me didn't seem to listen when I was telling them the issue my vehicle had an issue with the wheel bearing and I described it as felt like a dragging on the breaks while accelerating yet my paperwork has listed the issue as customer stated that it felt like someone smashing the breaks when driving. Then on top of that they charged me more then $100 and didn't do anything to the vehicle. I sure miss the time when we could take a vehicle to the shop and they would actually work on the vehicle before they charge us."

"Made an appointment for service. Was told approx 2-4 hours wait. After over 4 hours of waiting I asked for an update on diagnosis. Was told, we thought you were dropping it off & coming back, he will pull it in now... 4 months prior I dropped my truck off on a Thursday for service. I was to pick the truck up the following week. Upon picking the truck up it was apparent the service had not been done. The loaner I was given for the inconvienience was a chevy colorado even though I purchased a diesel here for a work truck. After purchasing my last 2 trucks here its a safe bet I will go elsewhere next time."

"I’ll start by saying that I love Schottenkirk for buying a vehicle, it’s the only place we will go to buy. Oil change, whole different story. I have had my oil changed here before, it always takes forever. If you have an extra hour and a half to sit around, they will get your oil changed . . . Eventually. I stopped in there today at 3:30, both oil change bays were empty, no one ahead of me, asked how long for an oil change, the guy said an hour to an hour and a half!!!!! I buzzed up to Jiffy Lube just up the street - oil change, tire rotation, all in 20 minutes. Plus, super polite guys."

"Took our car in Wednesday morning at 8 (by appt) it is now Friday afternoon and they still have the car. I had to call twice to find out information about the car. Once on weds, just to find out they are waiting on car parts so they can’t do anything yet. Thursday afternoon rolls around, I figured by then it would be done right? Nope they are still waiting on car parts to get delivered. Which all I needed done was a new brake line. It’s now Friday and still haven’t heard anything about my car. Terrible communication, if you guys don’t like calling people to update them about their cars then maybe you guys need to come up with an email/text communication. If I hadn’t called, probably wouldn’t have heard anything from you guys about my car. Quite ridiculous. Especially because we have been car-less for going on 3 days now, with no other transportation. Never bringing my car back here, oh and just bought the car from shottenkirk 2 months ago.."
