"I had poor service from Katie Cross regarding an Expedition I purchased form Stivers. I took the vehicle in because my tailgate would not open, intermittently. I was charged for the service even though the vehicle was under warranty, and it did not fix the the issue. When it occurred again I was told unless it happens more frequently I'd have to settle with being frustrated."
"Had an appointment with them for 10 AM. Oil change and replace filters. Took my car in ON TIME, and was out a little after 11 AM. Work was done competently. Received a detailed report on how my car was doing: brakes, tires, fluids. Was kept informed step by step via sms. Very clean waiting area-including the restroom. BTW, the free coffee was good and hot. I observed the interactions between staff and other customers. They were always professional and patient. Makes me glad I own a Ford."
